Dancehall musician, Stonebwoy has said that musicians and music producers have had their minds programmed in such a way that they think they can not make it without being signed unto a record label.
Speaking in a Snapchat opst, 1 Gad as he’s affectionately called by fans said record label are not needed to guarantee your success as a musician or music producer.
The Putuu crooner pointed out that the truth is once you brand yourself like a business and move like a business, you can succeed.
He wrote:
“Artistes and producers have been brainwashed into thinking the only way to be successful in the music business is to get signed or become famous.
In reality this is so far the truth, and if you set yourself up like a business, and move like a business, you can succeed.”
