Derrick Ntim Agyeman `DNA` out with “Truth “
DNA ..Derrick Ntim Agyeman is a certified Teacher in the AFIGYA KWABRE District in Kumasi ..from Ejura..and decided to follow His passion which is music and this is happening to be his first studio works.
He teaches at Duaponkor where one of Ghana’s celebrated Kumawood actor Kwajo Nkansah Lilwin was enstooled as Enkorsor hene (sub-chief).
Speaking to Vhillageblogger of dikoder.com, DNA expressed his love for the people and school-going children in the community where he has taught for all this while after his completion in college as a certified teacher with the Ghana Education Service.
The concept is about how a young teacher struggles to get to work(school) to teach and the living condition of the area of work with regards to how the students struggle to get to school ..and how Africans need to unite to make our continent a great one ..since we are now in the year of return era.
DNA is of the view that, Africa is still struggling because of bad leadership who easily forget about the people who happen to be in remote areas after they beg them for votes and ignore them when power is given to them.
The song also speaks about how some leaders are hungry for money and therefore engage in illegal mining and felling of trees to make money at all cause. He, therefore, uses his lyrics to educate and encourage the youth not to give up but to keep working hard to secure a successful future.
The song was recorded at Mr. Hogani studios in Kumasi .
