Member of Parliament for the Agona East Constituency in the Central Region, Queenstar Maame Pokua Sawyerr has reiterated her pledge to ensure that her constituents get access to quality health care.
The MP who was a former deputy Cemtral Regional Minister indicated this at an event to unveil a medical van to her constituents Wednesday at Agona Faahwia.She said the van was expected to provide residents in deprived areas within the constituency access to health care.
According to her, the living conditions of the elderly in society are a reflection of how society cares for them hence it is incumbent on all to care for the aged in their families and communities at large. The Maame Pokuah Health Scheme (MPHS) is still moving from Village to Village providing Health care and medication. I am glad the Scheme is being supported by all especially GOD. I gladly smiled when this young lady who was very sick could be treated,advice, and discharged two hours after the Health TEAM put all their expertise to play
