NDC PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATE TO ORGANISE FREE HEALTH SCREENING AT AKYEM ABUAKWA
Hon. Charles Darko Yeboah popularly called Ozey, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for Akyem Abuakwa North constituency to organize free health screening for for the residents of Akyem Abuakwa north
It was gratifying to note that the good people of Akyem Abuakwa north in the Eastern Region are now to place a major priority on their health status than before. Initially, people generally considered health screening exercise as luxury and so until they we seriously sick and rushed to the hospital, Today the dimension has change and health screening is no longer a luxury as it was considered but a necessity, everybody is now so much concern about their present health status.
According to Hon Ozey ,Prostate cancer is one of the most common Cancer in men and its incidence continues, screening for and management of early prostate cancer is also the most challenging and controversial issues.
“The exercise, which is the 1st edition since Ozey was given the public acclamation and it shall be an annual health screening for the residents of Abuakwa north Toxic claimed

Issaka known as Toxic in the constituency said “people will screen for various
health conditions such as Diabetes, Typhoid fever, Malaria ,Hypertension, Dental Care but
basically for Prostate cancer for Men
Toxic also appealed to the residents at Akyem Abuakwa north particularly those in Tafo and to desist from unhealthy practices such as improper disposal of waste materials
He added that unclean environment contribute significantly to the spread of some diseases, including cholera and typhoid
