Deputy minister of tourism, arts, and culture Hon. Mark Okraku-Mantey has assured us that the annual Pan African Festival is alive and kicking.
Hon. Okraku-Mantey wrote on his Twitter handle just after leading the wreath-laying ceremony at the Dubois Centre, George Padmore Library, and the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park in Accra
